New Headquarters for Ipsos Mori

Parkeray recently handed over new headquarters for leading market research company Ipsos MORI.

The project involved a 65,000 sq ft Cat B refurbishment of levels 1 to 4 within a part-occupied building.

The fit out comprised the construction of a variety of vibrant spaces including open plan and cellular offices, meeting rooms, reception and breakout space on the second floor. All of such was fitted to an updated layout provided by Resonate Interiors, with new services to suit.

The design scheme incorporated a variety of finishes including an extensive joinery package and feature wall paneling to the fourth floor.

The project was delivered to 18-week programme to coincide with Ipsos MORI’s move-in date and consolidated their workforce into one building for the first time.
