Shire Pharmaceuticals: London
Our team delivered a Cat B fit out across the ninth floor to accommodate our client’s expanding business operations. Open plan office space coupled with state-of-the-art meeting and focus rooms make this fit out a sight for sore eyes! The Office Group: Angel Square, The Bloomsbury Building, The Stanley Building
We collaborated with Studio Mackereth, Shed Architects and BuckleyGrayYeoman to deliver three outstanding schemes at Angel Square, The Bloomsbury Building and The Stanley Building. Each project provided a unique combination of work environments for TOG’s growing community from lounges, meeting rooms, co-working areas to outdoor terraces and event spaces; whatever the design aspiration, our team continued to demonstrate that anything is possible.

Schroder Real Estate: Chiswell Street
This challenging 29-week project involved significant structural works to provide upgraded space and facilities within a partially occupied building. We refreshed all landlord areas including lift lobbies and welfare areas and extended the ground floor to bring the floor plate in line with the rest of the building, while providing additional Cat A space to the first floor.

Greystar: Chapter Kings Cross
We paved the way for new student facilities at Chapter’s Kings Cross building and partnered Tigg + Coll Architects in the delivery of a bespoke design scheme within the building. Spaces included an upgraded gym, café, and reception, along with a quiet study area and dance studio – all first-class facilities for this thriving student community.

Blackstone Property Management: Colonial Drive
Our Lite team delivered the office components to a residential development on behalf of the landlord to a Cat A specification; this included new services and decorations as well as a raised floor. Exposed services provide an industrial look and feel to this eight-week scheme, which resulted in ready to let commercial space.
