A full Cat A fit out of the building was delivered by our team on behalf of our client for re-letting purposes. The project involved the construction of toilets and a shower along with a new raised floor throughout. A plant room was created which houses a new distribution board and mechanical plant.

The existing shower cubicle was refreshed with new ceramic tiles and a bespoke shower screen and all new sanitary ware were fitted. Our team also constructed a new AWC and provided storage space to accommodate the incoming tenant’s cleaning equipment.

A new lighting control system was installed to complement the new lights. The soffit was sprayed to expose services and create an industrial, yet welcoming feel.

Fresh air is supplied via the internal garden and louvres were installed within the existing curtain walling. Heating is by way of perimeter trench heating, fed from a new boiler system within the plant room.
