ARCHITECT

VALUE
Confidential
The fit out included the expansion of existing entrance space to accommodate a new reception area, by constructing an external glass box at ground level. Our team also provided staircase access to the reception and disabled access to the building by installing a platform lift.
The refurbished building benefits from new raised floors, carpets, ceilings and decorations. Refresh works were also carried out to the existing welfare facilities.
