A Trip Down Memory Lane at the PPF

What a better way to bring in the first day of May than a breakfast catch up with our subcontractor network? That’s exactly what we did at our annual Parkeray Partnership Forum (PPF).

Over 60 members of our supply chain joined us at the Royal College of Physicians for a business update by our CEO Mike Murray and Health & Safety Manager Terry Tracey, as we took a trip back to 1998 – the year of Parkeray’s inception.

Along with the release of the two-pound coin, Will Smith’s hit song ‘Getting’ Jiggy With It’ and the launch of the first iMac, 1998 also marked the beginning of many of our supply chain relationships, which we are proud to still hold today!

This event was not all about the past, we also looked at the present, while sharing recent accolades and upcoming developments in 2018. This included our sustainability strategy in the making presented by Chris Blencowe our Sustainability Manager. We also introduced a new member of our Health & Safety team, Paul Makoff-Clark.

Communication is key and the PPF provided a great environment for banter, feedback and to enjoy a delicious brunch with us. With that said, we’re looking forward to our next event and another 20 years in fit out. A big thank you to all of our subcontractors that attended.
