Each floor is designed to enable the space to be divided into a different number of offices using a combination of partition systems and localised services. Features of the project also included tea points, new shower facilities, cycle rack, and a stunning roof terrace with panoramic views of the capital.
A new cross-laminated timber (CLT) staircase was installed from ground level to the fourth floor which involved forming the cut-outs through the base build CLT structure. Bespoke elements included feature lighting, polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, roof planters, and an easy zone air conditioning system all completed within a 24 week programme.
