44,000 sq ft fit out over three floors of The Scalpel to provide underwriting group, Chaucer with a stunning new HQ.

This amazing HQ environment features a variety of spaces such as open-plan offices and meeting room areas, dedicated hospitality spaces with a client dining area, a kitchen, brokers lounge, staff café and wellbeing room.

Finished to a high standard and eco-friendly, the working environment is modern, flexible and introduces new and collaborative ways of working to over 450 staff.

Taking the space from Cat A required reconfiguring the existing services to suit the new layout.

An impressive three-storey staircase connects the floors requiring the removal of the structural slab and the installation of additional supporting steelwork.
