The works involved the full strip out of office space to the ground, 5 and 6 floors and returning these areas back to CAT A standard. In addition, the works also extend to the WC facilities, lift lobbies on the same levels, bike and shower store and work to the roof terrace. Services installation included new fan coil units, pipework, ductwork, and LV panels plus new lighting.
Bespoke features including Corten planters on the roof terrace along with associated irrigation system, new porcelain tiles were laid to a level finish on the roof terrace and external lighting. The project was completed whilst the building was otherwise fully occupied so careful consideration and programming was required.
