Our 48,000 sq ft refurbishment of levels 2 & 3 was carried out in an occupied building with additional works completed in the basement area.
Works to level 2 involved the reconfiguration and replacement of existing partitions, with soundproofing including acoustic baffles and crosstalk attenuators. Existing floor boxes and lighting were relocated to suit the new layout. Carpet and decorations were fitted throughout and a new tea point constructed.
Extensive works to a similar specification were completed to level 3. The existing entrance and reception area were reconfigured with specialist finishes featuring travertine flooring. A new meeting suite and hospitality kitchen were also constructed.
Specialist joinery included providing housing for an AV system, reception desk, lecterns and other features.
