The project involved stripping out the existing area and fit out to the floor and mezzanine area, with a new kitchen, WC facilities, and shower room. We installed a new heating and ventilation system including a new condenser on the roof and new power and data to suit the new layout. A new specialist ceiling included feature pendant lights, spots lights and suspended lineal lighting.
We created meeting rooms using a curved crittal glass partition system and many other bespoke features including soft seating with specialist upholstery, bookcase, hot-desking areas and wood flooring. This project was completed within 15 weeks whilst adhering to strict working conditions including a oneway system and various restrictions due to the Covid pandemic.
