PROJECT
10-18 Union Street London SE1
CLIENT
Royal College of Midwives (RCM)
ARCHITECT
Adam + Collingwood Architects
VALUE
Confidential
Having to find new headquarters is always difficult and once the RCM had found Union Street, the task to provide staff and members a new modern, open, and fun working office environment was developed. The works included a full strip out of the existing interior, including minor structural works to lower the floor to the Creative Hub, adaptations to the existing mechanical and electrical services installations, ceiling repairs, partitions, joinery, flooring, and decorations throughout.
We delivered this scheme to a programme of 10 weeks and partnered with Adams + Collingwood Architects for the contemporary design across the ground floor. The end result is a light, spacious, modern office environment that incorporates a variety of working areas including breakout space for all to enjoy.
