A Nordic themed comprehensive landlord refurbishment over five levels included full redecoration works internally and externally all completed within a 25-week programme. Features of the project included an uprated power supply, new electrics and lighting throughout, exposed sandblasted concrete columns. The new reception boasts ash batten wall panelling, new full height glazing, automatic glazed entrance doors, polished concrete floors and feature lighting.
The structural works included a new entrance canopy clad in Millboard battens with planters below. A new concrete stair was formed to link the reception to the lower ground floor WC and shower areas and a new steel stair and balustrade with solid oak treads and handrails were installed to access the first floor.
