This 29-week Cat A scheme comprised the refurbishment of four floors including part of the lower ground floor to provide upgraded space and facilities within a partially occupied building.

Extensive structural works were performed to extend the first floor to accommodate a brand new open plan reception area and front entrance. Other works included extending a secondary staircase from the ground to lower ground floor, relocating an existing storeroom and the provision of a cycle and shower facility.

New services and installations included air conditioning, new flooring, lighting and decorations throughout, with exposed services providing an industrial look and feel.
