Our Cat A Plus refurbishment of Ivybridge House involved the creation of market-ready coworking space. We installed a new infrastructure within the basement and to the roof with newly formed risers and added underground drainage to support WCs and showers. The building now boasts new end-of-trip facilities, including cycle and locker storage. New tea points and glazed office spaces feature on all floors, and the existing lifts underwent refurbishment. Our team also extended the entrance area and refreshed the reception space to create a bright and welcoming environment.
