The Crown Estate | 7 Air Street

Fitting out of mezzanine level for use as a marketing suite for The Crown Estates’ Regent Street property portfolio.

This exceptionally high quality fit out involved the installation of tea point and island unit, timber panelling, coving to walls and bespoke copper light fittings.

A new parquet floor was fitted throughout the space, which consists of a single room of approximately 1,000 sq ft which can be subdivided into different zones by manually operated acoustic curtains. The audio visual installation is also linked to the operation of the blinds and lighting.

Every aspect of this project was bespoke so the development of the design into a practical solution required close collaboration between Parkeray and the architect to ensure the vision became a reality.
