VALUE
Confidential
Our works included creating a range of different size offices, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and telephone booths. Kitchens and breakout areas were installed on each of the six floors, and a terrace was created on the roof. Bespoke features included bamboo screens and tables and a marble island unit with blackened steel panels.
This project achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ by including features such as rainwater harvesting and a lighting strategy that uses sensor and low energy fixtures and fittings.
