The two floors were fully refurbished incorporating a new mechanical ventilation system. We upgraded the electrical services with new lighting, power and fire alarm modifications. The fit out also included the full refurbishment/replacement of WC and kitchen facilities, with associated joinery and terrazzo resin floor to the reception space. We further installed a new large meeting room, formed from Crittal style glazing with feature lighting.
During the 12-week programme and through a series of workshop/design meetings, we formulated a new mechanical scheme. This provided new ventilation to all areas, with the plant now contained within the basement level, this negated having plant located at roof level, which would have been impractical and hard to service/maintain. This saved on both cost and programme to the overall scheme.
