On Friday 11 November, Parkeray HQ became the set for the budding entrepreneurs from Coombe Sixth Form to pitch their business ideas to our super panel of judges, ‘Dragon Den’ style!

The year 12 students in the final year of their BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Business joined us for the morning, where they delivered ideas for their pitching of a business unit.
Tasked with exploring a potential business opportunity, the students created business plans with branding to share with our judging panel comprising members from our senior leadership, marketing, and sustainability teams. Our judges spent a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding morning listening to a wide range of business ideas based on NFTs, skincare, online food ordering and delivery. Lunch followed the presentations with a brief intro to the Parkeray Trainee Scheme by our Founder & Chair, Mike Murray.
Thank you to the students and Business Unit Leader Julia Hunton for joining us on the day and our team: Clare Ashmore, Mike Murray, Ivan Collins, Lesley Brewster, Toby Milsom and Roseanna Hart for taking time out of their schedule to participate.
