We are delighted to support the local children of Hackney by delivering the renovation of the Evergreen Adventure Playground Centre.

Our team, led by Joe Hanrahan and our fantastic subbies, delivered the refresh of the building over two weeks as a community engagement initiative involving our client British Land. 

Located in the heart of a residential area, the Evergreen Adventure Playground Centre provides free, inclusive, supervised play to children aged 5-15. It had been a long time since the property underwent major construction work, so our team was happy to assist. The result is simply fabulous!

The space now benefits from new toilet cubicles with associated amenities and a new shower and tea point to the supervisor’s breakout area. External works comprised waterproofing a deteriorating storage area and replacing halogen lights at the perimeter of the building with new LEDs. The team also updated the fire alarm and electrical systems.

Thrilled with the refurbishment, members of the management team from the Evergreen Adventure Playground Centre expressed their thanks.
