Cat A refurbishment across two floors

Our team delivered a Cat A refurbishment across two floors in just 15 weeks, creating a market-ready office space. The scope of work comprised the full strip out and refit of the existing core, toilet areas and lift lobby. Key features included bespoke joinery, decorative panels, and a clean, symmetric design achieved through meticulous service coordination and reconfiguration.

Logistical challenges in an occupied building with tenants on the floors above, included shared lift access and carefully planning out-of-hours work due to noise restrictions. Collaborating with King’s Cross Estates, we efficiently coordinated the isolation of life safety and water systems, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery.
