Supporting Hackney Food Bank’s Relocation

We are proud to share our recent community initiative where our team played a crucial role in facilitating the relocation of Hackney Food Bank to their new warehouse. This important project was a collaborative effort, demonstrating the power of teamwork and community spirit.

Hackney Food Bank’s main warehouse moved to a new location at Homerton, providing better access and facilities to support their critical mission of helping those in need. This relocation was essential for improving the efficiency and capacity of their operations, allowing them to serve the community more effectively.

Our team, made up by Chris Blencowe, Fergus Adams, Luke Barrett, and Beth Jepson, in partnership with our supply chain collaborators—MSK, Daniel Owen, Bents Plant Hire, Optima Site Solutions, and Safety Signs and Supplies—were actively involved in this initiative, coordinating the logistics and ensuring the move was completed efficiently.

Following our Christmas food bank drive, this initiative reflects our commitment to positive social impact and sustainability. By supporting Hackney Food Bank, we are contributing to a cause that aligns with our values and helps make a tangible difference in the community.
