Dan was destined to be in the industry as he started his career at the family roofing business. Making a move into fit out and refurbishment Dan worked for another main contractor on a wide range of projects before joining the Parkeray team.
Easy going and approachable Dan enjoys interacting with our subcontractors throughout the process of preparing a bid and gets great satisfaction of knowing his hard work has paid off when a tender is successful. Dan has an inquisitive mind so enjoys getting into the details of a project and to find that extra something that just might secure the win!
His weekends are mostly spent with the family, particularly doing activities with his daughter. Dan is a sports fanatic and loves watching golf, football, cricket and boxing. He’s a regular at the gym and plays football a couple of times a week. He will also ‘hack up’ the golf course when his schedule permits
Neil has a sound knowledge of the industry and an established career in fit out and refurbishment. With a wealth of expertise hailing from large names in construction he is adaptable and effective in building teams and leading project delivery.
Neil is proactive and flexible in his approach, loyal, passionate, dedicated and committed. Completely focused, he is a great motivator bringing the team together to achieve results.
Outside of work Neil enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends. He is a huge sports fan including football and manages a youth team involving his sons. He also has a love of motorsports and a lifelong passion for high-performance sports cars.
The older you get you realise how much you don’t know.
Joe joins our project management team with a wealth of fit out experience already to his name. Having stumbled into the industry by chance, Joe has worked his way up through the ranks from ganger to project manager and quickly discovered he preferred building offices rather than working in them!
He loves being hands on, problem solving and enjoys day to day life on site. Meeting and working with many consultants and contractors to deliver the finished project is what Joe thrives on. Laid back but driven he is a team player and believes that if one component fails, everyone does.
When time permits Joe likes to spend time with family and friends. He also likes to travel and was fortunate to spend a year exploring South East Asia, India, Australia, New Zealand and the south Pacific Islands. Another of passion of Joe’s is Rugby. A huge Saracens fan, he also played a bit himself and represented British Colleges at the age of 18.
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
After developing an interest in buildings through art at school, Leigh went on to study architecture at university. It was there that he decided to pursue a career in project management where his design orientated creative mind and keen eye for detail are invaluable. Leigh has worked in project management both here and abroad, completing complex projects in many sectors including education and housing.
Leigh is organised, articulate and passionate about his work. He enjoys seeing the progression of a project from start through to the finished article. Easy to work alongside and willing to help, he likes a challenge and with every day being different there is always the opportunity to expand his knowledge.
Away from work Leigh is a huge sports fan, particularly all kinds of football from Gaelic to the NFL. Whether its supporting Arsenal or playing and managing at Brent FC, Leigh is a big fan of the game.
He also enjoys travelling and is currently working his way through Europe and is aiming to complete 30 countries by the time he reaches 30.
Genius is eternal patience
With an established career in accounting, Jane is highly experienced and held a senior position for over 6 years at her previous company. Organised and supportive Jane’s skill set blends perfectly with the rest of our accounts team.
Hardworking and with a thirst for knowledge, Jane wants to understand everything she does and will admit she can be a little bit OCD at times. A real do-or Jane likes to get things done.
Away from the office, Jane likes to spend quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys eating out and is partial to the occasional afternoon tea. Jane is also trying to get into fitness…to offset all the eating out she does!

After three years of working as a barber, Harry decided to change his career and looked no further than our trainee scheme. With close links to the industry, but no prior experience in construction, Harry is looking forward to developing his skills, meeting new people and progressing in his role as project manager trainee.
Harry enjoys the diversity of the project manager role and likes the variation of the site environment as no two days are the same. He is hardworking and likes to keep busy, so it suits him perfectly.
When he isn’t working, like most people his age he enjoys meeting up with friends at the weekend and is also a self-confessed shopaholic! Harry enjoys sport in particular football and is a huge Chelsea fan.
Experienced project manager Terry joins the interiors team with a wealth of experience and has delivered a variety of cost and time-sensitive commercial fit out projects. He is passionate about what he does and believes that every job completed to the satisfaction of the client is just reward for all his hard work.
Terry is proactive, conscientious, dedicated and has a keen eye for the finer details in each project he works on. Terry also enjoys the variety that his role offers, with each day being different when you are working on site.
When he’s not in the office, Terry has a variety of hobbies including carp fishing and football. When time permits, he also like to spend time with his two sons at the motocross.

Dan brings a number of years valuable experience within the fit-out industry to his role as project manager. Originally joining us during his industrial placement for his degree and with a strong academic background he brings a focused and professional approach to delivering projects. He has been involved in some of our most prestigious project including our largest to date at 135 Bishopsgate.
Hardworking, passionate and a keen eye for detail, Dan likes being able to see a project progressing through to a tangible finished article which he finds extremely rewarding. He enjoys the camaraderie of the project teams and also that every day on site is different… keeping him on his toes!
In his spare time, Dan is passionate about fitness and enjoys going to the gym. Rugby, mountain biking, skiing and anything else that gives a good adrenaline rush! He also loves travelling to new places around the world with plenty of countries on his bucket list.
Quality is not an act, it is a habit
Paul’s construction career commenced as an apprentice electrician progressing through all levels to the fully-fledged technical services manager he is today. With extensive experience including facilities management both home and abroad he has been involved with many prominent projects including task manager for The Ministry of Defence.
Having worked his way through the ranks, Paul’s knowledge is well rounded, which he combines to great effect with a hands-on committed approach. He enjoys a challenge and likes to play by the rules.
Away from the work place Paul enjoys fishing, clay pigeon shooting and the occasional round of golf. He is also a fan of the great outdoors whether it be walking, camping or jumping on his motorbike to discover new places.
There is nothing impossible to him who will try.
Paul started of life as an electrician before progressing over the years to become a practiced technical services manager. His experience is wide and varied having worked on both sides of the fence and he brings to Parkeray a wealth of industry knowledge.
Having come from a trade background, the quality and detail of the installation means everything to Paul and he is driven by a strong desire to get the job done right the first time. A real team player, Paul likes to get out from behind the desk and build strong working relationships with client teams and everyone on site.
When he gets time to relax Paul enjoys going to the cinema and also love to visit the theatre. Not really a sports fan, however he is a retired technical extended range scuba diver and trainer.
Elle already had some industry experience to her name as prior to joining Parkeray she worked for the family business. Growing up around construction provided her with the valuable knowledge she needed to gain her BSc in Commercial Management, finding helpful guidance from both of her parents.
Hardworking and reliable Elle likes to meet new people and enjoys being part of the team. Her friendly personality enables her to make instant connections with everyone involved in the project from supply chain through to clients.
When she gets time to relax you will find her catching up with friends and spending time with her family.
Construction runs in Archie’s family, so he was destined to join the industry and keep up the tradition. Deciding that university wasn’t really for him, Archie gained his BSc in Commercial Management through our trainee scheme.
Archie prides himself on being calm and organised. He is ambitious and counts one of his many strengths as being hardworking. He believes the best part of the job is seeing the transformation of each project, from start through to handover.
In his spare time, you will find Archie in the gym, on the golf course or catching up with friends. He’s also a football fan and can often be found on the south coast cheering on AFC Bournemouth.
