As Assistant Sustainability Manager, Joe enjoys driving meaningful change and promoting sustainability within the industry.
Known for his friendly demeanour and reliability, Joe also has a creative and adventurous spirit. In his spare time, you can often find him rock climbing or playing Dungeons and Dragons. Additionally, he has a talent for special effects makeup, a skill that proves especially useful during the Halloween season.
Goodness thrives in the creative side of her role, using content creation to tell the stories of projects and events. She’s easy to work with, and always receptive to feedback and new ideas.
In her spare time, Goodness enjoys playing tennis, traveling, hosting friends, and going to the gym. Described as funny, ambitious, and spontaneous, she dreams of starting a foundation to support underprivileged women and children in Nigeria.
Azard is a proactive Site Manager known for overseeing Cat A and B projects with a focus on safety and quality across our Lite projects. Self-managed and dedicated, he thrives under pressure and builds strong client relationships.
In his spare time, he’s training for his Private Pilot’s License and enjoys riding motorcycles. Off-site, you’ll find him on the dance floor!
Bella has accumulated over 22 years of experience as a creative designer, working with well-known organisations such as Savills, Sky, and The Economist.
She is methodical, creative, pragmatic, and has a penchant for tidiness—an unusual trait for a designer! Bella’s love for graphic design stems from striking a satisfying balance between creating aesthetically pleasing works and solving problems.
Her passion for the field led to her winning an Adobe XD contest, where she co-designed an app concept celebrating women’s history in London.
Outside of work, Bella enjoys hiking and exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations on her trips abroad. She is also an avid gym-goer, enjoys spending time with friends and runs an online vintage shop.

Not a stranger to Parkeray, Sol rejoins the business as our Events Coordinator after a 10-year hiatus. As an entrepreneur and former business owner, Sol brings a wealth of skills to her role, in addition to marketing and business development experience from previous positions at leading engineering and design firms and her time at Parkeray.
Kind, loyal and funny, Sol is the friendly face behind our internal and external events and ensures our teams are present at industry events at the right time.
A mother and lover of music, Sol will never stop trying for Glastonbury tickets! She also loves to travel everywhere and anywhere while keeping up with her kid’s hobbies, which mainly involve watching a lot of grassroots football.

As a Business Development Manager, Georgia is bright and adventurous, with an outgoing personality. She loves seeing and hearing about incredible fit out schemes in and around London while meeting people and building new relationships.
Before joining Parkeray, Georgia was a sales representative at Kvadrat for five years, an industry-leading textile company (best known for their acoustic panels).
Skiing, cooking, and shopping are her favourite pastimes. Georgia has a passion for fashion whilst keeping sustainability in mind and avoiding fast fashion trends, she builds her wardrobe with charity shop buys and quality pieces. Another of Georgia’s favourite pastimes is her love for cooking. She is often the host for dinner parties for friends and families, whipping up a variety of dishes from all over the world from where her travels have taken her.
Hakuna Matata
Scott joins our Lite team as Project Manager and has always been in and around the industry. His experience hails from a number of other main contractors and his hardworking approach saw him work his way through the ranks, being promoted to site manager at the age of just 22.
Easy going, friendly and cool-headed Scott is a good communicator and thrives on the responsibility of running the project and seeing the reward in the finished job.
Away from work, Scott likes to spend time with friends and family, catching up over a nice meal or a drink or two. He also loves sport especially football.
Fergus joins our sustainability team with a number of years’ experience in delivering results within our industry. In his previous role he was the sole sustainability resource across £300m worth of construction sites in capital. Passionate about his role, he is patient, approachable and believes in doing things the right way.
He firmly believes we can alter the future of our planet, and by working at Parkeray he is in the best position to educate project teams on ways to implement sustainable practices to make a positive change towards a greener future.
Away from work Fergus likes to work out at the gym to keep fit. He is a huge football fan not only watching but also playing a bit himself. Fergus also loves to travel as much as possible in both the UK and abroad.
Reduce, reuse, recycle
Quietly confident and polite, Chelsey greets everyone with her natural, warm welcoming smile. As office junior she works closely with our office manager to ensure Parkeray’s day-to-day business operations run as smoothly as possible.
Chelsey’s role also enables her to work alongside all the different departments within the business, getting a taste of how each one works to brings the company together. Dedicated and hard working she likes to be kept busy and believes that if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing well.
Outside of her nine to five, Chelsey likes socialising with friends and going to festivals and concerts. However, her real passion is dance. She is a Championship dancer in Freestyle Disco Dancing, training hard and competing in competitions all over the UK. Chelsey enjoys attending dance festivals where she gets to dance for a whole weekend competing in many different styles.
Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass but it’s about learning to dance in the rain.
Paddy joins Parkeray having spent a number of years in a Health and Safety role. Originally starting out as a fitter’s mate for a mechanical ventilation contactor he worked his way up and acquired a broad understanding of all construction related health & safety issues. Paddy also holds the NEBOSH certification and is a Committee Member of the Essex Branch for IOSH.
Paddy firmly believes that people are the key to everything, even more so when it comes to Health & Safety and he gets great satisfaction out of helping everyone do their job safely. Paddy is very hardworking and approachable so can always be asked for his advice.
Outside of work Paddy is a dedicated family man with two young children and likes nothing more than spending time together on days out with them and his wife. His other love is music and plays the drums, more unusually, the Congas and the Bongos but admits he doesn’t play as much as should these days!

Passionate about her role, Beth is a Practitioner member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA) and a qualified BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) and Assessor. Beth joins our sustainability team with several years of experience delivering results within the construction industry.
Hardworking and friendly, Beth enjoys working in sustainability and helping projects reduce their environmental impact. She believes that within construction it’s great when a project comes together and all the client’s sustainability aspirations have been met.
Away from work, Beth likes to keep fit by running and is also a keen hockey player, playing for her local team. To relax she enjoys baking, especially cakes and when time permits, she loves travelling and has explored far-off places including Australia and Fiji.
