Matt has always been in construction, working his way up through the ranks from carpenter to senior contracts manager and along the way returned to college to gain his BSc (Hons) in Construction. With 25 years of practical experience at the front end of a project, Matt can apply the skills he mastered to his new role as preconstruction manager.
Quiet, positive, and always happy to lend a hand, Matt enjoys delving into all the preconstruction details and programme to assist the team to pull everything together.
Away from the office, Matt’s free time is packed full of hobbies that give him a real adrenaline rush including paragliding, paramotoring, and flying. For slower-paced activities, he enjoys camping, family holidays and loves cooking.
Life is a moving train – you can get on or off at any time – just remember the journey is better with friends.
Paul’s previous roles in the industry have included project manager and liaison manager, so he joins the preconstruction team with extensive practical experience on sites to help our estimating and project teams.
Thorough in his approach, Paul enjoys the buzz of a challenge and the satisfaction at the end when everything is delivered as promised, working with a team to share the achievements. Highly professional, he likes to get things done and has been known to get quite competitive!
To relax Paul enjoys cooking and taking the family dog on long walks. He also likes to socialise with family and friends especially catching up with his three grown-up daughters.

Geoff is our director responsible for preconstruction and planning. He is a shareholder and is part of the original Parkeray crew. He has the ability to build excellent relationships with our clients, he always goes the extra mile and takes great pleasure in making someone else’s life easier.
He has various nicknames in the office, such as Zoro and the geek! Geoff is our in-house gadget man, definitely an early adopter.
Geoff is a keen cyclist, often pinning on a number to race and has his name on the same trophy as a former Tour de France yellow jersey holder.
Andrew has been in the industry for over 35 years now. Starting from a trade background, then going on to gain a degree in quantity surveying, progressing through 15 years of project management into his current role within the preconstruction department.
In a constantly evolving environment, Andrew is thorough, and process driven, providing robust output to challenging deadlines.
A conscientious and questioning professional, Andrew has a very broad knowledge across the industry and thrives on finding solutions.
Away from the office Andrew has a passion for travel, architecture, and the great outdoors.
