Phil Pearce

Group Board | CEO

Phil has over 34 years of experience within the construction industry, specialising in the project management of multi-disciplinary projects ranging in value from £150,000 to £150 million. A founder member of Parkeray in 1998, Phil was appointed the position of MD of the Interiors team in 2008 and CEO as of 2022.

Phil believes in absolute quality from inception to completion. His vision is to seek continual improvement in all that we stand for and all that we do.

Outside work, Phil loves cooking and is a keen photographer. He also enjoys watching most sports, participating in some (playing golf) and a committed follower and avid supporter of both his son’s footballing endeavours. More recently, he is fully embracing dance – ballet, acro and modern – via his daughter – as his feet are not made for dancing!!

Something of a gadget man (but not a geek!) he is interested in all technological developments that aid and assist us in a forever changing world.

Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success
