Two Fit Out Schemes In The Mix For BCO Awards

Two Parkeray fit out schemes are in the mix for BCO Awards this year, and we are absolutely thrilled!

The BCO Awards programme provides public recognition for top quality design and functionality and a benchmark for excellence in workplaces.

The schemes include Getty Images London HQ within the Projects Up To 1,500m2 Net category and Roku’s HQ in Cambridge under the Fit Out of Workplace category. Both projects were delivered in 2022 by our Parkeray Regions and Interiors divisions.

Our fit out of Getty Images London HQ at DUO Spitalfields saw our Interiors team work closely with Bluebottle Architects and the professional team to deliver flexible working spaces, collaboration and breakout areas and an editing suite across 10,400 sq ft over a 14-week programme.

The 87,000 sq ft fit out of Building 2 at Cambridge Science Park for Roku involved constructing a range of flexible areas, including breakout and events space, as well as bespoke lab facilities for testing products.

BCO judges will visit both schemes in February, and the winners will be announced at the regional lunches in April and May. We will keep you posted on the outcome.
